Where do you ship from?
We ship from USA! Boston to be specific :)
Are Duckeys always in stock?
For the most part!
Since our demand has been growing by the day, we may frequent OUT OF STOCK but rest assured we will make sure to bring them back! This may change as we expand our product catalogue however :)
How do I put on my Duckey?
Simply take off the desired key using a keycap puller or the strength of a 1000 Ducks and replace CAREFULLY with the coveted Duckey. Lastly push straight down until seated properly and you should be good to go!
Will Duckeys fit on my keyboard?
The switch Duckeys fit on but are not limited to: Cherry MX, Kalih, Gateron and Razer Mechanical Switches.
The best way to figure out if Duckeys will fit is to locate your keyboard's model online and refer to official documentation stating what switches are used. Another way is to remove a keycap off of your keyboard and see if it matches any of the listed switches above via any online image search.

My Duckey is too tight/loose!
Let's fix this! This issue is VERY common as different keycaps produced by us may not always arrive at the perfect measurement your specific model keyboard may have. Do not fret!
Tight: First you are going to want to get some very hot water going in your sink or tub, to the point where it is unpleasant to touch (with parental supervision) Simply load the Duckey in the water to take a quick swim (~1 minute). After removing the Duckey safely, place it on your desired keyboard switch and let it rest until it has lowered back to normal temperature. It should mold to your keyboard switch perfectly! If results are not quite there, try again and leave in a bit longer! You should eventually be able to have it fit perfectly.
Loose: First you are going to want to get some very hot water going in your sink or tub, to the point where it is unpleasant to touch (with parental supervision) Simply load the Duckey in the water to take a quick swim (~1 minute). After removing the Duckey safely, you are going to want to use tweezers or your fingers to gently squeeze the stem (Hollow cross part that connects to your keyboard switch). After squeezing evenly throughout the stem of the Duckey, let it rest until it reaches normal temperature. It should fit on your keyboard nicely now! If results are not quite there, try leaving it in a bit longer and continue to pinch the sides evenly. You should eventually be able to have it fit perfectly.

How long until I get my Duckey!

It all depends where in the world you are.
We usually like to say that USA based orders will take 1-5 business days to arrive.
For global shipping it will most likely take 1-4+ weeks to arrive.
My order has not been updating!
This is normal until you don't see an update for a whole week. This can be a customs issue, port issues, parcel/postal system overload, and many more reasons we can not influence.
In case your package was delivered but you have not actually received it, please contact us or please open a claim directly with USPS.
My Duckey arrived damaged!

We take extra care to make sure your parcel is well protected, however sometimes there is movement while in transit. Especially when shipping overseas.

How are Duckeys made?
We use a combination of 3D printing and resin post-processing to create the Duckey you see today! Each Duckey is then hand sanded and pressed with our DuckeyLoveâ„¢ technology to ensure you will adore every Duckey you come into contact with.
